I’m Jim, also known as Mr. Nonna, and I proudly volunteer as the Creative Designer for Riding 22 in 22 VSA. Growing up in Western New York during the 1970s, I witnessed firsthand the poor treatment many military veterans received when they returned home. That experience left a lasting impression on me and fueled my desire to be part of something that uplifts and honors the men and women who have served our country.

My brother served in the Army during that same era, deepening my personal connection to the veteran community. Through my role, I use creative design to help bring attention to our mission of raising awareness about veteran suicide and supporting those battling the invisible wounds of service. It’s an honor to contribute to a cause that ensures our heroes are seen, heard, and supported—every mile of the way.
